Eight years as an entrepreneur: managing 50 short-term-rental properties, building an agency with 500+ transactions across several countries, and creating practical real-estate education for operators who want to grow with clarity.

Investor and hands-on operator: apartment and house renovations from 200K€ to 3M€, structured through private equity and bank financing ; always with an eye on execution, risk, and long-term value.
